I know that open toed shoes with tights is a really love or hate look but I love it 99% of the time. It means you can wear your summer shoes all year round - what's not to love?! And I think I've said it before but I'll say it again, if you're going to buy from We Love Colors SIZE DOWN!! I wish mine were a size smaller so they didn't go all bunchy around my ankles :(

A friend of mine has this and it's perfect and super comfy but when I went to buy one I couldn't find it on the site and ended up buying a different mustard cardigan from etsy. But when I had a better look, I found it in the sale section on Urban's website - only $40!
